Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily in the 1st-floor restaurant dining room. You can find the breakfast area by heading down to the entrance floor.

Sauna

The saunas are located on the 3rd floor, in the wing adjacent to the hotel reception. Follow the signs for “Sauna” or room numbers 315–327. You will find the saunas next to the elevator lobby.

Parking

You can access the hotel parking lot from the corner of Aittakatu and Pyhän Katariinan tie.

Please note: Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. If the hotel parking lot is full, a municipal parking lot is also available in the immediate vicinity on Oskarinkatu. Please be sure to observe any restrictions indicated by local traffic signs.

Familiarize Yourself with the Premises When Settle In

• Locate the emergency exits closest to your room.

• Find the nearest fire extinguisher and manual fire alarm button.

• Note the signs: Emergency exits are marked with green signs, and initial firefighting equipment is marked with red signs.

If You Detect a Fire or Smell Smoke

• Rescue anyone in immediate danger.

• Report it immediately to reception at 02 2424920.

• If you cannot reach reception, call the emergency services directly at 112.

• Press the fire alarm button and attempt to put out the fire using a portable fire extinguisher.

• Contain the fire by closing all doors and windows.

In the Event of an Alarm

• Listen carefully to all instructions.

• Leave the room quickly via the nearest exit and close the room door behind you.

• Do not waste time gathering your personal belongings.

• Stay calm.

If You Are Trapped in Your Room

• Call reception immediately at 02 2424920 (or emergency services at 112).

• Seal the gaps around the door and ventilation vents (using wet towels, sheets, etc.) to keep smoke out.

• Open the window if a significant amount of smoke enters the room.

• Make yourself visible at the window so emergency responders can spot you.

• Do not open the door if you suspect there is a fire in the hallway.
